restorative yoga with pam

FRIDAY, JUNE 5, 2026, 6:30 - 8:00 PM
IN-PERSON ONLY, $35

This workshop will feature a sequence of restorative yoga poses to invite rest and rejuvenation for the body and mind.  Yoga props will be set up to support and align the postures to allow for longer holds. Restorative yoga has the ability to bolster your well-being by softening and opening tense areas, stimulating circulation and creating a feeling of contentment. Practicing restorative poses regularly is an important part of a yoga practice. For students with all levels of yoga experience. Please register by June 1.


PRANAYAMA WEEKLONG WORKSHOP WITH PAM

MONDAY - FRIDAY, JUNE 22 - 26, 2026, 7:30 - 8:30 AM
IN-PERSON AND ONLINE, $100

Pranayama, the fourth limb of yoga, is the practice of meditative breath patterns in reclined or seated yoga postures. The practice of pranayama can bring clarity of mind, emotional stability, and an improved lung capacity. This five-day workshop is intended to help practitioners spark a regular pranayama practice. This workshop is open to students who have had at least two years of Iyengar asana practice. A recording of each class will be sent to all registered students and will be viewable for 30 days. Please register by June 15.

Svadhyaya: Self Study

SATURDAY, JUNE 27, 2026, 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM
IN-PERSON ONLY, $55.00

Svadhyaya, self study, is one of the five niyamas of yoga practice. In asana, svadhyaya is needed to identify and overcome obstacles, perform actions with precision, and cultivate sensitivity to the breath. Self study brings maturity in practice and integration of the various layers (kosas) of the self.  All categories of poses will be included. For students at Level 2 and above with at least three years of Iyengar yoga experience, regular asana practice, able to independently hold 5 minute inversions. Participants must know appropriate modifications for individual concerns. Not appropriate if menstruating/pregnant. Please register by June 22.
